Guest clubs wishing to use the facilities at weekends must apply sufficiently far in advance to ensure a booking, especially in the busy season from October to December when many university clubs are running their introductory caving meets. The first weekend of each month is also likely to be busy as most club events occur on those weekends. Applications can be made by completing the on-line form or by contacting the Booking Secretary directly

Bookings can be made for up to 20 people. Midweek bookings are usually available at shorter notice, and it may sometimes be possible to accommodate more than 20. You must wait for a reply before staying at the cottage.

Alterations to bookings must be made through the Bookings Secretary.

 

Club members may stay at any time.

Fees are £2.50 per night for members and £3.50 for guests. A day use fee (showers, tackle, library etc.) is £1.00.

YOU MUST ONLY STAY AT THE COTTAGE IF YOUR REQUEST IS CONFIRMED BY THE BOOKING SECRETARY

Guests should note that one bunkroom is permanently reserved for NPC members and therefore they should not expect 'sole occupancy' of Greenclose
